A "Suspected Norwegian"?

From The Age today:

The basic requirement of the stealthy night-time burglar is the ability to stay awake. A suspected Norwegian burglar failed the test and has ended up in jail.

I guess we suspect that he is Norwegian because of his lack of competence?

heheh, exactly right ltmon. Great find.

Aase said police turned up to check on the car and its slumbering driver in the town of Haugesund and found a sleepy but familiar figure in the front seat. Police have declined to name him.

Sounds like a cover up… It’s gotta be Maximoto and they’re too scared to name him.
